Parker's 12!

We celebrated Parker at the Extreme Fun Center with his good friend, Magdiel.  The kids all loved the bumper cars and Laser Tag.

it's ABOUT TIME!

We are an ocean boating family!  Kep has been dreaming about the day he could own a boat like this and now he does!  All of us are truly excited for the many family adventures that will take place as we tour around all the ocean country in AK.

Dinner tastes much better in a boat- even if it is parked in our driveway!

1st day of school!

Parker is pumped to start middle school- can't you tell!?!  The night before we watched Usain Bolt win yet another race so here is Parker's pose knowing that 6th grade is going to be a WINNER!

Sweet Savannah!  Her Tshirt is the perfect pick for the first day of third grade.  Savannah was excited to have the same teacher and friends for another year!

These two share a brain and a special friendship.  So thankful they can do life together at Shaw Elementary!

NOAH- this kid just keeps us smiling!  He is a true FAN of life and we are a FAN of this fourth grader!

14 years!

I am blessed to have been married to my best friend for 14 years.  We celebrated our anniversary by kayaking out of Whittier in the wind, rain and waves!  It took us two hours to paddle out and a 1/2 hour to ride the waves back to our truck!  So thankful for Kep and how well he leads our family!

It's always sad to leave our true cousins in MT but we are so blessed to have AK cousins, too.  It's always a blast to be reunited with these guys.  We hadn't picked blueberries in a quite a few summers so it was fun to score about 3 cups worth.  YUMMM!
